Newkirk Electric

Objective: Once a year, Newkirk runs a small recruitment campaign to attract experienced, licensed tower climbers to work throughout the West Michigan area. These small display and print ads were designed to differentiate the Newkirk offering from all the other electric companies vying for the same workers. At the conclusion of their limited-run campaign, Newkirk more than doubled their new hire quota for 2022.
