Grand Rapids Rampage

Objective: After coming off a dismal 1 and 15 season, the Grand Rapids Rampage arena football team was facing a very skeptical fan base. This season ticket renewal piece was mailed to everyone who held season tickets the previous year. While it included the usual season ticket pricing, information and schedule, the concept made a clear statement to these die-hard fans that the previous season was “crap” and it wasn’t going to happen again. The “mailer” was featured on ESPN and resulted in a 6% increase in season ticket purchases over the previous year.
